We can brew your brand’s beer for you according to your recipe and using your specification. We can then bottle the beer for you, in containers ranging from traditional wooden barrels, modern steel and single use KEGs to 0.33l to 3l bottles and everything in between.

From typical Bavarian Lager beers to barrel aged craft beer, we can accommodate almost any wish. We are happy to help you with the development of your beer creation and will brew your beer with passion, solid brewing skill and modern brewing technonolgy.

As a mid-sized brewery we can accommodate small batch beers. Depending on the techniques used we usually produce 120 hl of beer per brew, although we can vary this capacity for specialist beers – let us talk about it!
