The Bavarian forest not only contains lots of untouched wilderness – we also have naturally occurring, naturally soft water that we do not have to treat.

The simplest is often the best

Brewing malt, hops and yeast are enough for best and natural Hofmark Beers. Brewed strictly according the Bavarian purity law, the Reinheitsgebot.

Real Craft

Hofmark beers are brewed in a tradition of craftsmen in traditional copper brewing vessels. Afterwards we give our beer the weeks long time to mature necessary to round off our beers flavour.

The Hofmark Brewery is a Bavarian family owned brewery from Loifling in the Bavarian forest, with a brewing tradition of more than 400 years.
